Following the recent release of their fifth album (‘5SOS5‘), 5 seconds of summer have released a new video for the album track, ‘Older (ft. Sierra Deaton)‘.

The song is from their latest album, originally released in September.

“If you knew the world was ending tomorrow, who would you want to spend it with? Would you be with a lover? Your children? Your best friends? Would you like to be alone? the group ponders.” ‘Older‘ asks this question and depicts humans from all walks of life on their last day on earth.

“The song is about not wanting to grow old because it means you are one day closer to your own eventual demise or that of your loved ones,” they add. “Usually in life the end comes without warning, but we wanted the video to capture what could happen if we knew exactly when the end would come. We made the video with our longtime friends and collaborators, the brilliant Frank and Ivanna Borin… we hope you like it.

The track also includes Sierra Deatonwho is the fiancé of 5SOS singer Luke Hemmings.
