The audition season continues with some important updates. With that in mind, here’s a look at where local actors, singers, dancers, and musicians can find audition information:

Falls Terrace players have a variety of volunteer positions available for the next season of shows to be held at North Middle School Auditorium, N88-W16750 Garfield Drive, Menomonee Falls. Costume team, construction / scenario team, usher, house management, ticketing and publicity assistance positions are available. Send an email to [email protected]

Greenfield Concert Orchestra is now recruiting local musicians for the season. The band rehearses Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Root River Center, 7220 W. Rawson Ave., Franklin. More information: greenfieldconcertband.org

Lakeland players will be holding auditions for “Elf The Musical” at 7 pm on October 4 and 5 at the Sprague Theater, 15 W. Walworth St., Elkhorn. Adults 16 and over and children 8 and over are required for production. Prepare a short song to sing along and get ready to read the script. Mukwonago village players will be holding auditions for “Miracle on 34th Street” from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on September 27-29 at Hillside Community Church, S93-W30580 County Road NN, Mukwonago. Adults and children 7 years and older are required for production. Auditions will consist of reading the script. More information: mukwonagovillageplayers.org

Racine Theater Guild will be holding auditions for “A Christmas Story” at 7 pm on October 4 and 5 at 2519 Northwestern Ave., Racine. Roles are available for two adult men and two adult women, two girls and five boys aged 12 and over. Auditions will consist of reading the script. Actors and crew members should be fully vaccinated. Game house at sunset will be holding auditions for “She Loves Me” on October 4 and 5 at 700 Wall St., Elm Grove. Prepare a 24 bar song in the style of the show. Waukesha Civic Theater will be holding Sister Act by appointment hearings on September 27-28 at 264 W. Main St., Waukesha. Prepare 32 bars of a song for a contemporary musical, and get ready to read a short scene from the script. Register online at: waukeshacivictheater.org/get-involved/
