Beach House Shares Five New Songs From Their Eighth Album “Once Twice Melody”

Beach House has shared the third batch of songs from their upcoming new album ‘Once Twice Melody’ – listen below.

The Baltimore duo – consisting of Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally – release the sequel to 2018’s “7” in four separate installments. They dropped the first four titles last November, with the second part arriving last month.

Today (January 19), Beach House released ‘Chapter Three’, featuring five new tracks: ‘Sunset’, ‘Only You Know’, ‘Another Go Around’, ‘Masquerade’ and ‘Illusion Of Forever’. .

As with previous chapters, the band’s latest offering arrives with accompanying official visuals. You can login below.

The fourth and final chapter of “Once Twice Melody” will be released on February 18, with physical editions of the album due out the same day via Bella Union. You can pre-order your copy here.

Beach House will present the record on their 2022 UK and European tour this summer. Kicking off in May, the stint includes a headline performance at the O2 Academy Brixton in London (find tickets here).

Speaking in a new interview with NME, Beach House singer Victoria Legrand described “Once Twice Melody” as “the most all-consuming album we’ve ever worked on”.

“We became so completely immersed in this universe,” she explained. “It was by far the most intense: we felt like life was full and we felt completely absorbed in our art.”

Legrand added, “There were dangerous elements, there were beautiful elements – I feel like it was a very difficult album in many ways.”
