APPLETON, Wisconsin (WFRV) – The Trout Museum of Art has released the musical performance lineup for Art at the Park, the first-ever two-day arts festival.
The museum announced on Tuesday July 20 that the selected performances are in collaboration with Mile of music.
The Art at the Park Festival will take place on Saturday July 24 and Sunday July 25 at City Park in downtown Appleton. Beyond this two-day event, that means doubling the amount of music and fun, but it also marks the return of over 100 selling artists showcasing their creations.
The first day of the festival will kick off the event with an astonishing Rondini magic and illusion number. Then the group Nolan Ehlers Quintet will perform. Additional musical performances scheduled for Saturday, July 24 will take place from 12:20 p.m. to 5 p.m. During these hours, guests will attend performances by Ross catterton, Natural satellite, Christophe Gold, Tae, and Girl and the Gunn.
Saturday’s festivities will close the evening with two famous Mile of music bands; Bascom Hill and Good weather. The groups will take the stage from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday’s activities will also begin with another performance of Rondini. Four more bands from Mile of Music will then perform throughout the day. The performances take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. with Michael grabner, Natural satellite, Erin krebs, and Feed the dog.
Art in the Park is a completely free event, even musical performances. The event is scheduled for Saturday July 24 and Sunday July 25, and it’s sure to be filled with music, magic and more.
